We the members of the Scam Investigations Committee of the Forex Peace Army have deliberated on all the evidence available to us and have reached a conclusion. It is our opinion that...

FPA Member Midasfl and many others had money placed with the HYIP site TradeLite. The site suddenly went down and all communications ceased. StrictPay, an online payment service, froze what little money there was in TradeLite's account. The FPA declared TradeLite to be a scam.

A new HYIP site, called Libertyreserveoffshore (LR Offshore) opened. FPA member Joseajm noticed that much of the text and design of this new HYIP appears to be virtually the same as the old TradeLite website and that both were based in Panama. Further, he noticed that one of the testimonials referred to Trade Lite, not Libertyreserveoffshore.

FPA Investigator Lt. Gerard checked the website and confirmed Joseajm's observations. Further, he found that all the testimonials pre-dated the existence of the Libertyreserveoffshore website.

All available evidence indicates that TradeLite was some form of Ponzi scheme that stole money from investors. All available evidence points to Libertyreserveoffshore being the newest incarnation of TradeLite under a new name . Failure to return money owed to traders is the FPA's first definition of scam. Deceptive advertising such as testimonials that pre-date the existence of a service would also be considered unethical and a scam in the eyes of the FPA.

Thus, we officially find that Libertyreserveoffshore is a scam. We offer Libertyreserveoffshore the chance to resolve this issue by returning funds legitimately due to numerous FPA members from TradeLite and removing the misleading testimonials from their website.

We thank FPA member Joseajm for spotting this reincarnation of the TradeLite scam and Lt. Gerard for his efforts confirming this scam.

Libertyreserveoffshore is hereby blacklisted by the Forex Peace Army. We urge people not to place money with this company. We hope that the victims of the TradeLite scam can use this information to band together to hunt down and seek legal redress from those behind these scam companies.
