Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

I am having an issue with a company
It's strange this behaviour, since MutiBankFx has a lot of regulation behind (Cysec, Bafin, Asic...). Maybe you have to make complaints to the regulation entities.

Yes, but I have discovered that things are a little more complex, see attached review
In conclusions, better not to fall in their trap as I did.

Final update. They closed my account, but they returned back to me the residual balance. I am still not totally satisfied, since I believe I did not break any rule of their client agreement, and it costed to me one third of my profits to place the long trades they requested me to do. Anyway I managed to recover at least part of my profits.

Even if the licenses are 100% legit, it's a common technique by larger scammers to obtain regulatory licenses in "Tier 1" locations, for showcasing purposes. But then their clients are all signing up in the offshore entity for the higher leverage, deposit bonuses, etc.

Unless you know how to study the business model carefully, you are screwed.
