Different things:
Non-Farm Payroll (NFP) is a comprehensive report by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics on employment changes outside of farming and a few other sectors.
Non-Farm Employment Change often refers to the same data as NFP but can be used more broadly.
ADP Non-Farm Employment Change comes from a private company, ADP, and tracks employment changes based on its own payroll data, serving as an early indicator before the official NFP report.
