Dear participants,

We double-checked with our Trade Compliance Department, and it appears that the issue haitrong has complained about was investigated, resolved communicated via email exchange. We established that there were no issues on our end, as the position was executed at prices available on the market at that moment.

Moreover, we invited haitrong to contact us should he have any questions and haven't heard from him since.
