FXFORME, you are not alone with this problem. I think I was one of the first few who started a thread against them more than 2 months ago. At that time Capital One Forex was an IB for Traders Trust (TTCM) and they conveniently pushed the blame to TTCM, telling me that it was TTCM who holds my account and not them. They even made me withdraw all my complaints made against them which I did or they won't help me get my money back. It has been more than a month since I withdrew all my complaints made against Capital One Forex in fpa and the fcsl and still I have not received my money. Thanks for sharing your thread with me and other clients.
The most important thing that I want to follow here is , putting this Scam broker in Scam folder so no one else get Scam with these guys.

Dear all members

I just received two emails from Meryn Gates ( FSCL Side ) and Debbie Jeffaress ( Acura Team )

Ms Debbie checked all of my statements that I sent her last week and she sent me an Excel file that contains all of my transactions and Trading profits.
She confirms that Capitalone did not sent me the last withdrawal with the amount of 5795$ and they should refund the amount to my account number 55531 or send it to my bank account.
I'm Still waiting for Meryn Gate Reply to know what will be the next step to force Capitalone forex company to pay the amount.

But I still did not get any reply from Capitaloneforex Side and I think I'm not going to receive any reply from their side. lololol
I asked Meryn Gates to cancl their registration with FSCL ragrding so many complaint against This Company.
I want to ask other clients that may have any problem with this Scam company , to send their reports to Meryn@fscl.org.nz to show I'm not the only one who has problem with them and make this process faster.
