After a month not checking my email because I have the problem with the company but finally I got the email back from Cititrader.

Issue resolved !

They gave me the deposit fund back. Its $250.

Well, 1 month I did not check my email so that I didnt see their reply. They replied me from 26/7 by email but I didnt notice. Its my delay fault.

OK. Thank Jason, the CEO of the company, that being honest with me.

Nevertheless, Cititrader has disappointed me with the fake reviews they tried to buy
