Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

CRITICAL UPDATE: XM GLOBAL FORMALLY ADMITS TO PLATFORM SYSTEM ISSUE IN WRITING!

I want to update the FPA community, FxMaster, and fellow trader @Yashbana regarding a massive development in my ongoing dispute for $4,341.80 USD [१९].
After days of sending repetitive template rejections and falsely blaming market volatility, XM Global’s Complaints Department has finally broken down and sent me an official email explicitly stating in writing:
"The issue with the system did not affect this. The relevant team has assessed the stop out would have happened even without any additional issues."

The Smoking Gun Evidence:

  1. Admission of Guilt: By writing "The issue with the system", XM Global has officially and legally confessed that their platform suffered a technical failure/server outage during my trading window on 4 September. Their previous defense of pure "market volatility" is completely shattered by their own words.

  2. Absurd Corporate Defiance: They are now acknowledging the system crash but desperately trying to evade financial liability by guessing that "the stop-out would have happened anyway." This is a severe breach of Section 5 of their own Order Execution Policy, which contractually binds them to protect and compensate clients during a platform technical failure.
I was actively executing manual "Close Trade" commands from 17:48 IST onwards to cut my losses at a minimal level. Their admitted server freeze ("Connection Lost") locked me out for over 15 minutes, completely stripping away my right to manage my risk. The forced Stop-Out at 18:05:03 IST was entirely manufactured by their server lockout.

I have immediately submitted this official written confession to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Belize under Ticket Number: C2TXRL [१९]. XM cannot confess to a system failure and simultaneously deny a refund. I demand full restitution immediately!

(I am uploading the screenshot of XM's official admission of the system issue below.)

UPDATE: XM GLOBAL CALL RECEIVED - REJECTING RESPONSIBILITY VERBALLYToday, an XM representative finally called my number. Instead of auditing the logs, they arrogantly stated that the automated Stop-Out stands as their "Final Decision." I strictly informed them that the Stop-Out is a manufactured result of their server crash. I was locked out from 17:48 IST onwards due to their "Connection Lost" glitch, well before the market move. They are trying to suppress a legitimate claim despite admitting to a "system issue" in writing. I have officially updated this verbal defiance to the FSC Belize Regulator (Ticket: C2TXRL) [१९]. We will fight this until full restitution is issued!

Great update and stay strong! Documenting their verbal calls directly to FSC Belize is a solid move. Phone deflections mean nothing without a transparent log audit.

My combined claim ($3,856.54 USD across accounts #86360507, #420646793, #391673975) is also fully logged on the master regulatory thread with timestamped video lockout proofs. We are fully aligned on this.

Since forum rules restrict sharing personal email/contact details directly here, let's keep exchanging public updates on this thread and coordinated regulatory updates. Holding the line together until full restitution!
