Problem WARNING: My Elev8 Withdrawal Has Been Stuck for Over 3 Days

I want to share my experience with Elev8 and see if anyone else has gone through something similar.

I submitted a withdrawal request for my own deposited funds (USD 1,131) using ID W23696343. Shortly afterward, I was informed that my account required additional verification before the withdrawal could be processed.

At first, I understood and cooperated with the process. However, it has now been more than 3 x 24 hours, and I still have not received my funds or a clear timeline for when the review will be completed.

The only response I continue to receive is:

"Your account requires additional verification. Once the checking is completed, the funds should be released."

The problem is that nobody can tell me:

• What exactly is being verified?
• What stage the verification is currently at?
• How much longer it will take?
• When I can expect to receive my money?

What concerns me is that Elev8 advertises "fast withdrawals." If that is the case, where is the fast withdrawal in my situation?

I am currently unable to access my own funds, unable to continue trading as planned, and left without any certainty regarding when this issue will be resolved.

I have requested:

• A clear explanation for the delay
• A specific completion date
• A direct phone number or contact person who can provide answers

So far, I have not received a definite timeline.

I am posting this to ask:

1. Has anyone else experienced withdrawal delays with Elev8?
2. How long did it take for your withdrawal to be processed?
3. Were you eventually able to receive your funds?
4. Did anyone manage to speak directly with a manager or compliance team?

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. This is the first broker I have personally dealt with where withdrawing my own deposited funds has become such a lengthy and uncertain process.
