As long as you are discipline enough, not risking more than 3% of your capital per trade, it doesn't matter what your leverage is. This is because leverage does not factor in the risk and your lot size.
Lot Size = Risk Amount / Number of Pips x Pip Value

But seriously, high leverage - low capital trades gives me an impression of not a trader, but a gambler. Maybe you want have a good time or have spare money, but if you are in it for a serious reasons and with intention to increase capital, high leverage should be used as an exception, rather than a rule.
