When we can trade without stop loss?

But probability of such outcomes grows as the number of trades grows

Trading without a stop loss has the maximum risk of losing money due to a stop out, maybe the trader has prepared for that since the deposit. I trade more with stop loss, this gives me more opportunities to trade.
