Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

I have my strong suspicions about iOption's complicity in this whole affair.

Since the password has been changed, can you access the account now?

I have not been interested in accessing the account now, so what?
I do not care to operate more iOption
when they should have immediately changed the password did not
let your employee Carlos Gonçalves continued to "change, access and make operations" without my consent
The iOption not asked to know what I would do with the money if I continue to work with her
your employee responded and did everything

I do not give the case closed, after all we are judging iOption and has been found that is SCAM
continue operating and doing well? giving coverage to their
employees thieves?

iOption blocked my account this shows that they colluded also, since the last strategy that they have not changed my password the date 02/20/2013 till the date Mr Leonardo send you an email que says now you can enter your account 06/13/2013

Ioption is a scam and that they account manger are fraude they use fake names,Carlos is not his real name ,if they will investigate they will find out, that ioption is an imposter, now we know ioption is Israeli and that Carlos really is in Israel meaning he has a jewish name and the one he represent himself is fake which show that ioption is a scam
