• Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.

    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

These are not excuses, at first I requested that you provide proof of identity since we are in an open court. Then Pharaoh and Bill advised that this could lead to identity theft, so I then requested only a bill with proof of address. Then Pharaoh suggested that this was problematic as well. So now I requested that you send a copy of the documents to both Bill & I at once since I am not receiving the emails you send. So please send to both (Bill's address and to georgeb@ytfx.com).


As you can see I respond to each and every one of your posts quite fast.

How can I be expected to discuss your case without being 100% who you are!!!

I got the message from nick007. I've hit Reply-All and included the original attachments. Unless there is an issue with the email system at YouTradeFx, George should have at least 1 copy of the files by now.

Ho chiesto a Bill di sollecitare il sig. George, visto che le mie mail "stranamente" non arrivano a George.
 
Aggiornamento della situazione

Il sig. George ( rappresentante della youtradefx ) dopo 2 settimane dall invio di tutta la documentazione da parte mia, continua ad inventare scuse... dice che un altro cliente leggendo il mio reclamo ha chiesto il suo intervento e quindi lui vuole aiutare entrambi e quindi ha bisogno di altro tempo...
Diciamo che basterebbe chiedere ai vari manager coinvolti le spiegazioni di quanto accaduto... ( Maretti, Benedetti, Watson e lo stesso George lavorano nello stesso edificio ).

Credo che sia opportuno che il sig. George inizi a dare delle spiegazioni e a rispondere alle mie domande.. ( anche qui sul forum ).
