Meanwhile I have got a response from the FOS -U.K. (Financial Ombudsman Service) (since CTM is supposed to be registered in the UK now!) where they sent me an official complaint form to be filled and signed for the to proceed with the complaint. I think it worthwhile and if all of us write - it would carry more weight!

Hi , here i show my receip of lawyer services. The main goal is that most of people can join with me to open a judicial procés against Reza Mokhtarian. The main goal in not only recover de funds scammed. I want and system needs that this person go in jail.
I will allegate tht my Money was to save the life of people ( it can be true or not , is intranscendent), the fact is that he has retain my and your capital and in consequence people has death. so Reza mokhtarian is guilty for fraud and homicide.

I have several question regarding the proposed services of any legal firm that would represent CTM clients in a class action suit. Could Jorge and representatives of the firms mentioned answer them?

1.) Is it possible for all legal documents and descriptions of services to be presented to all participants in English? The educational training of Mr. Boccadutri at Forex-lawyers would suggest this is possible. It seems it would be best for the legal documents to compiled in English as this is the language in use in New Zealand, Canada and UK where CTM has business activity. I personally would only participate in a class action if I understood (with English) the ongoing updates as well as costs and obligations of the clients and attorneys.

2.) Is it possible to see a detailed outline from the attorneys of all anticipated costs; up front and continuing misc fees for services? Would there be a percentage of the final secured client funds that would go to the attorney as part of the final reimbursement for services? If yes, what percentage?

3.) Is it possible to see past history of similar cases represented by the law firm and details that represent evidence of success?

4.) Once CTM clients join the class action is it correct to assume that the attorney would update all members of their progress directly, and in English?

5.) If a group of CTM clients join the class action and a decision is made in favor of these CTM clients against CTM, how does this effect the reclamation of funds by other CTM clients who did not participate in the class action?

Replies from representatives of the legal firms or attached documents with info will be very helpful in making an informed decision.

Ok Friend, all information is in english by defect..., i just today contact with giambrone, they will send me the cost of legal act. Calogero bocadutri cost is 750 eur for a wide investigation and 10 % of funds recovered, fff fondation said me 500 $ to investigate and the demand is in function of country from 0 to 500 $ but it is possible to get an aditional per perjudicis ( if we win then we can reclaim our Money and interests and an indemnitzation for damages ). fff foundation is 12 % of funds recovered ( i must say that fff Foundation is more agressive and can send a person to speak or visit to scammerin). i have a client inquiry form to send to bocadutri or giambrone , in his webs you can obtain it or send me an email to juancarloshp2001@hotmail.com ( is important that we know how many people contact with this lawyers so that the costs can be divided , if each one go separately they can gain extramoney and we unknow that...)

Thanks for the information and thank you for contacting Giambrone. One of my questions of interest would be to know what history of successful litigation each of the three legal firms have had with similar FX fraud cases. Did they mention that to you in any correspondence?

I'm happy to hear that all documents will be in English by default Legal language can be confusing even in ones native language. I agree on the benefits of all CTM clients focusing their efforts and in this case using the same lawyer for the suit. From past experience I'm guessing that after initial discussion, each participant will receive an individual contract to sign which would detail costs and charges.

I'm interested to join the group suit. Could you send me by private message, the English documents from the three law firms? If not convenient I can contact them directly.
Perhaps you and I and others can then discuss by Skype the advantages of each firm?

You used the word 'aggressive' about the FFF lawyers foundation. Aggressive sounds good to me.)

Hello, i have already talk with last lawyer ( giambronelaw) , his prices for only one person is 750 proces of investigation and

I speak with them for one hour, they earn 20 % of recovered Money, in this case is more expensive ( bocadutri was 10% and forex lawyer Foundation was 12 %) however giambrone seems to have more experience. this case is very dificult, they tell me that if we are more people the prices will be lower, i need that people that are really interested contalect with giambrone and say that. we can discuss if you want what lawyer is more suitable. somebody can create a skype or something to discuss exactly who will carry this case? .
