    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem IronFx does not pay my money back

I have opened a live account with IronFx and deposited 2000 USD on 20 May 2015. After making few trades I have lost 200 USD and later on I decided to withdraw part of my balance (1000 USD), it was declined without providing any justification. Then I decided to withdraw all my remaining balance and requested withdrawal of 1800 USD on 9 June 2015. Since then my withdrawal request showing "Waiting for progressing" on my account. I have talked to my account manager several time and he keeps saying that wait it is in progress. But he never provided a clear explanation that what I should wait for and How long. More than 5 weeks has passed and no change.
 
I hope you recover your money, but WHY you opened an account with them on May ??

You opened an account with a well-known fraudster broker !
 
How did you deposit?

If by credit card, gather all your documentation. Call your issuing bank (or visit). Ask to speak to someone in the fraud department. Explain how a broker is supposed to provide deposit, trading, and withdrawal services. Show how your withdrawal has not been processed. Ask about filing a chargeback based on failure to provide promised services.

A few banks totally fail on this. With reasonable banks, there's a good chance of success. Either way, report back and let everyone know how it went.
 
Unfortunately you came late to FPA. Ironfx did scam with many others clients too and FPA already marked them as a scam.
