Hi all. First court hearing went ok and as I thought the Exential legal rep. didn't show up. 2nd court hearing is next week. So let us wait and saw if someone will show up this time.

Dredd, may I ask from where you have heard that Mr Lemos had left the country? Is it reliable source. If you have any confirmed and useful information that we can benefit from please do tell us and we can use it at court. Thank you.

As I have mentioned before. We should not make his life easy. Once the court case is done I will contact every one he has dealing with. The football club he sponsor, his home town news papers, news papers in Austarlia and every single forum that promote their business. I encourage all to do something similar.

Unfortunately, the source can't be revealed. All I can state is that he has not made a single public appearance in the last 5-6 weeks.
Isn't it strange that the top executive of a company isn't at the helm of all the affairs at difficult times like these ?

There are some people on this chat that are providing fake info about processed withdrawals with the hope of keeping the rest of the people subdued.
Superhman82 is one of those. I dare him to display the proof of getting paid out. And even if he did, it doesn't mean anything as long as everyone is waiting to get their principal Back.
Here is what I found out...
According to their contract, the 3 brokers that they use who is holding all the clients funds are based out of BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, Australia and Mauritius.
All three places have a regulatory body. I am sure they can confirm, if the money cannot be transferred because of banking restrictions. This is what I am going to do. Anyone with half a hope of getting anything should get in touch with these people to find out if there is indeed a banking restriction or if it is a big bag of BS.

I agree with you.Some just lying here...well could he superhman82 tell us what is happening in the EG camp.Apparently they told clients that everything was back to normal and would be getting their withdrawal after 15 working day,well they could not fulfil the promise and are now asking to be given up to July,And some like superhman82 have been played like a fiddle.

My friend was paid his long-pending December profits and he received it after he agreed to the restructuring. I believe Rawad refers to post-capital-restructuring profits.

WAKE UP!!! They are playing with everyone. The longer you wait to take action, the lesser your chances of a payout. Not to mention that it is looking stellar at this moment as they may have gotten away already. Go to police, courts in Dubai, Australian government or BVI government. It doesn't matter what your choice is as long as you do something.

The withdrawal request was yesterday so it is after the restructuring of course. Withdrawal initiated yesterday and the processing date given was 2nd of July. Thus payment will be end of July or beginning of August according to 15 working days they have after processing date.

If this was a Wall Street investment, those payment delays would have the SEC and CFTC doing full scale investigations by now.

Keep complaining to any and all regulators and police agencies in the UAE. Someone in one of them may be waiting for just a little more evidence before taking action.

Here is your answer....
One word, GREED. They managed to pull it off for so long and are desperately trying every trick in the pack to see if it works. It will take them longer to setup another Ponzi company after shutting this one down.
Please don't forget one thing. If they want to shut down legally and claim bankruptcy, all they have to do is show major Trading losses on myFXbook which is being doctored anyway and everyone is giving them enough time to do just that. One of their cocky RM's even stated that in a meeting. So, please don't tell me that the thought hasn't crossed their mind yet.
Your only chances of recovering anything is to act now.
The approach to collecting at least the monthly profits till such time that they go down is not a viable option as there is no consistency in getting paid the profits even if we believe everyone who claims they are getting paid.
You are a bigger fool if you wait for 6 months as you are giving them more time to run away.
