Can't withdraw funds from UFX

Thanks Fxmaster,

I started posting my story on their social since yesterday and I'm going to do than until they return my money.

But as most remembers mentioned they asked for scans of
- Visa card
- Utility Bill
- Passport

I will send to them what they asked for and I'm going to take the necessary precautions, Hoping that they return my money. Then, I'm going to follow them until I reach my money or we reach the court supported by my country embassy in the U.K.

If I don't get my money, I will ask Rebecca to help me in my case.

Regards,
Abdulrahim

UFX will now probably try to offer you a "settlement" of some sort. It will likely contain one or more of the following:

1. Totally confidential, with a huge penalty if you violate confidentiality.
2. You have to sign off saying that you willingly made all deposits (to complicate chargebacks).
3. Withdrawals may come in pieces over time (so they give you a little money to shut you up and then can delay forever for additional payments.
4. A bonus (goodbye to any chance to withdraw again).
5. Some other completely unfair thing their Think Tank of Scam has come up with.

Talk to your card's issuing bank TODAY. If they can't/won't help you, then WinChargeback may be your best option.

Be aware that UFX may pass your contact info off to other scammers, so you may get calls from unknown funds recovery companies, "sure to win" investment opportunities, etc. Make it a firm rule to decline anyone who calls you out of the blue about money.

And, if you do get some or all of your money back, check the FPA's reviews before opening any new accounts with any broker.

Thanks Pharaoh for kind reply.

I'm expecting that too but I'm going to give them a deadline and if they didn't return the full amount I'm going to sue them through my friend's lawyer in London. And honestly I started receiving many emails about forex investment, money ... etc. These emails looks like contaminated with viruses, Trojans, malwares ... etc

Honestly, I'm worried about what I'm going to face in the coming days ?!!

Thank you all for taking the time to write your comments and participate in yet another thread in which a UFX client is enjoying our efficient withdrawal process (a similar "suspense" thread was just posted a month ago - https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/ufx-possible-scam.47933/).

As the client ("Remaaz") was notified yesterday, the transfer was already processed from our side. UFX has a standard withdrawal policy, which is described here - https://www.ufx.com/en-GB/methods/withdraw/ - and I invite all FPA readers to safely invest with UFX and experience the level of commitment we have for our clients, from the early stages of account opening, via educating the client, trading CFDs and withdrawing.

As always, please email me if you have any problem: ccofficer@ufx.com

Thanks Alex for being initiative,

Yes I got an email saying that 45000 usd out of 102660 usd are going to be transferred to my credit card within 7-10 working days. I think it's too early for me to say that I got my money back. And regarding the rest of my balance I've sent an inquiry regarding the money withdrawal form through bank transfer to the complaint department and hopefully they are going to reply today and clarify my doubts. Then, I going to submit your required documents and start to count down.

If I get my money, I promise you that I close this topic by saying the truth to everyone but if I don't get my money, then I'm forced to open a case against UFX in Dubai and in London.

Regards,
Abdulrahim

Good morning. The withdrawal is being handled by the financial department and I suggest you refer any questions you may have to its officers. They will handle the process with accordance to the company's standard process and obligations. If there will be any problem with the funds (which I do not foresee), UFX will assist you to retrieve the funds. Rest assure that none of the scenarios that were presented to you in the comments above will take place.

Kind regards

Dear FPA members,

Thank you for your support and your efforts to help others. I'm very glad to say that I got my money back.

And I would like to thank UFX staff for their cooperation but I hope that they change policy of commissions for their sales department.

Finally, my advice for UFX clients don't follow your account manager advises and ignore his/her promises about huge opportunities of gaining a lot of money within days. Their main goal is to force you adding more funds.

Regards,
Remaaz

Glad to hear, now if only UFX was so lieniant towards me! They still owe me almost 4K US from my chargeback, they refused to return.

Alex Reynolds lol, why don't you tell them your real Israeli name? Looks like a setup of one of the worst scam brokers around UFX who have as bad a reputation as binarybook and banc de binary
. I don't believe any of this and soon UFX who is also out of Israel will be shut down along with many of the other criminal firms from Israel. Good riddance to you I say! This all looks scripted to me and no way would believe it. These guys would not even pay people a few hundred of money they stole from others and you want us to believe this? Yeah right! Good luck! UFX another firm that will be shut down and behind bars soon.

Added Elharar: “It is not acceptable that people are able to operate from Israel and cheat people around the world. Not for nothing has binary options been outlawed in Israel [targeting Israelis], and now we must make sure it will not be possible to do this to people in other countries.”

Knesset State Control Committee chair Karin Elharar. (Miriam Alster/FLASH90)

She was therefore convening the committee, Elharar said, “to make sure this activity is stopped and that all [law enforcement] bodies coordinate their efforts to this end.”
