Phoned the FCA this morning. According to the woman I spoke to their is no investigation ongoing for I4U on their records. All she said was that there is a warning out that they potential are providing financial services without being regulated.
I absolutely love this…..we’ve had gossip in here, we’ve had speculation, we’ve had bickering and memes, there’s been fights, multis and Ponzi promotors…..we finally may of got some answers from the FCA, you say the FCA have finally told you where the money is, the story can now be put to bed if you just put us all out of our misery for you to just turn round and say “sorry can’t tell you, just ring them” Four foot snakes, even Game of Thrones has a better ending

I rung them earlier, they told me nothing other than the warning that has been issuedIm really not trying to be difficult, but for everything i have ever wrote on here i have had one of Declan's fans (or fake accounts) tell me that Declan says otherwise. Dec told me this.. Dec told me that... I heard that.... I heard it from "the horses mouth". I've even been accused of slander by Dec's Missus.
So rather than keep going round the houses, i'm simply saying please ring up the FCA and hear it from the ACTUAL horses mouth , find out for yourself what is going on.
If you have any money invested with I4U ring them up. If you know someone who is invested with I4 U, please convince them to ring the FCA.

Ring the FCA and ask them all the questions you keep writing on here! Ring the FCA because they NEED people to give them more information.
Write down a list of questions and ring up the FCA and ask them. You will find them much more helpful than chatting **** on here all day or indeed by asking Declan Nowell.

I may have in your opinion spent more time on this than you and as such can understand why you think I've got carried away. However, as things have transpired I've been proven correct.

Declan was taking money from clients after he had been categorically told by the FCA that the services Investing4You and he was providing were regulated actives.
What does that mean? - Declan took client's money knowing full well he should not trade** and would be unable to trade.
Why would he take more money when he could do nothing with it?

What does "funds are there" mean exactly, where's "there" in the sky with the dicky birds? What bank? why cant they provide evidence of this or let you ring the bank to verify.
This could just be a vague response he's instructed them to tell client's.

for what it’s worth, finally got response from Libertex.com through. Confirms they have no information about a company called Investing4you, but more importantly, they only accept accounts in your own name, they don’t allow proxy accounts.
