Go ahead and contact the Nevis regulators again and see if they have any updates.

Already did. There is no reply from them neither, since this is ongoing investigation!

The Nevis Financial Services Regulatory and Supervision Department writes to further reiterate that FX SYSTEMS LTD and its affiliates are not and were never licensed or regulated by the Department to carry on investment business in or from within the Jurisdiction.



As stated in my earlier email, the Department do not regulate or issue licenses for foreign exchange brokerage activities. However, all corporations are required by law to obtain any necessary licences to conduct business in the jurisdictions in or under which they operate.



The Department thanks you for bringing the issue to our attention and will advise of any updates once we are in a position to do so.



Please be guided accordingly.

The Company Doesn't Licensed For Foreign Exchange Activity ??

What they are saying is that they do not have specifics for forex company's and there activities.
Company's do have to comply to there general regulations for company's doing business there.
1Lot may be implying regulation of foreign exchange company yet only have the general licenses etc.
Time for more specifics including their business license #.

I just signed up to this forum. I was checking and reading threads until I saw this one and gets me very sad and couldn't believe. I've opened an account with 1lotstp, trading with this broker for almost 2months now, so far and fortunately haven't yet got any problems with them and hoping won't fall in the same problem like to your complaint. By the way, they were my first broker and my first live account.
