ABANDONED - Not closing position at tp price in Alpari.com

Hey guys
I had a xauusd short position today as you see in the pic below. (Real ECN Account)

While gold price had reached the tp and even 11 pips further, unfortunately Alpari broker had not closed my position with profit and finally after 2 minutes, my stop loss....
After 2 minutes!!

Alpari Broker Servers have 2 minutes!! delay sometimes as you see

I assume you are new to this.

That spike represents a news event. Being a sell trade, the Ask price has to reach your TP to be activated. The chart you are showing only displays the Bid price. It is unlikely that the Ask price reached your TP with crazy spreads that occur during news.
