Abandoned - OctaFx: Technical issues unable to withdraw

Hello,

Have been facing withdrawal issues with the al infamous octafx, see that they have been facing “technical” issues and i am honestly not sure how long it will take but its been days and i need the withdrawal to be processed asap but customer service just tells me to wait. Anybody facing the same issue or is it just some excuse to delay withdrawal?
