    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I am having an issue with a company
Some professionals are also contacting me to handle this case. Please advise if the same is advisable or not because this time bearing fee is not possible to me prior to recovery.

Now, come to your question. You can try anyone but do not send a SINGLE PENNY to anyone in the name of "upfront". Simply answer is Don't take them seriously, Run as fast as you can from them who can ask upfront first.

Two steps that you must follow

1st - Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

2nd - Invite him via Skype or any communications address you have.

Actually the customer lost his funds by trading and we gave him the best service too.

After he lost his funds he is requesting for pay back ,

So we have our records mail and whats-app conversation,

he is the one request to trade behalf of him ,Once he earning he was happy and because of market fluctuations he face some losses and we gave him a option to trade again by providing him some amount from company side (with out a investment)

so he can take any action regarding his accounts,

No You can check the First post he publish on your website and until today date he is contacting us and request for his loss,
let me know is there any broker pay back the lost amount???
actually we dont want to drag the conversation, we will face it legally with our records,
