Trades duplicated

Anyone having issues on their MT4 platform with trades getting duplicated. The USD/CAD trade today got taken twice on my platform, yet on the Master Trades page it only shows 1 trade. Earlier the GBP/JPY trade got duplicated too. The pending EUR/USD trade is also duplicated.

Hello,
Today the order has spent 6:55 on GBP / USD, they closed about a 11:30.
But I did order it is not closed and an error message appears in the log: 2011.08.29 1:07:48 p.m. '1198154 ': order # 17248072 sell GBPJPY 0.05 closing at 125,720 failed [Prohibited by FIFO rule]
This message is displayed every second.

Does anyone can help me please

Check whether you have two metatrader instances running in your VPS, I did not get this issue

Hello. Today I started with a real account.
I get everything right. the smiling face.
A few minutes ago an operation was opened for the pair USD / CAD, I saw this on the members page.
But in my real account is not opened any position.
I have a micro account of $ 250. I have set to open lots of 0.04 to test effectiveness.
Why believe that has not opened this last operation the pair of usd / cad?

Make sure you have ticked the box "Allow live trading" under tools, options, expert advisors.
