Do you enjoy trading forex? or you just want the money?

Newcomers think it is a place of making fun with money they will certainly win from market because here peple get rich. But as a matter of fact when we go to live trading had a experience we are more conscious about tackling market. We know if we win it will give a happiness , Loss will certainly loose your motivation to trading. I will like to be profitable for my satisfaction with forex business.

ExpertAsianTrader, I think that it might be true what your just noted. There is some sort of excitement when trading Forex, that looks like a gambling. I think that everybody experienced it. However, smart traders are keeping any emotion away from trading floor

That's why experience means a lot in trading. Do you know that most people who gamble in casino actually realise most of the time they lose money. They just gamble to satisfied their excitement feeling and of course hoping to win some money.

Everyone is for money in this market and this is not a game that you can enjoy. You will only enjoy it when profit is coming. All the new comers join this market just because they can make more money. So it is all about the money game.

In other way, they have to understand that whenever they are getting in to market, they are challenging expert all around the world. It is serious business instead of a game looking to enjoy with.

Obviously all otraders want grow their accounts, they want to earn money . With this your peace of mind with forex business is very important. If some one is not easy with forex feels boring or tense during trading he can not do good . On the other hand when a trader is satisfied and does trading with a sense of enjoyment that he is doing something creating then his business will match to his talent.

It is true that many people are coming to Forex market just in order to make some extra money. Still, if they are not enjoying what they do and are not quite comfortable with trading business, I really don’t believe that they will stay there for a longer period of time

It is very risonable question for me. I used to ask myself about everything in my life:is it a job or hobby? Money or fun?
I feel like it evolved from just the way of making money to the way I get fun. Yes, it's not fun all the time. Especially when I loose or go to deep drawdown. But the feeling of the game, prediction, understanding....ohhhh. it worth it

If you are trading with capital of $250 you cannot expect that you will make significant profit in notional amount. However, if you have strategy that is profitable then you can retain your earnings in order to grow your trading capital and make higher profits

I don't think that thinking "it is just a job" is bad. It is ok for me to separate work and hobies. I get fun from trading sometimes but most of the time it is just job I do.

I am also not trading from hobby, but to actually earn money. I see it as a second job, hoping to reach that economic independence and become a full time trader. I do some other things for fun and entertainment

I want something in between really. Something in the middle really. It's something like very enjoyable and profitable hobby for me anyway. I think I will completely transit to full-time in somewhat near future and that's really it. No matter what it will happen.
