i personally never had slippage. i place small lot trades this can be one of the reasons

Depends how fast the markets are moving

Yes sometimes I have felt slippage when i traded with large volumes but it’s very very rare.

Slippage can't be avoided but there is a way to handle that. You can limit your losses by using trailing stop loss on trade so that you may not get the huge loss on the trade.

Also, it is worth mentioning that the more volatile the instrument is, the higher is the risk of slippage and the bigger it can be
