I do understand your position, but our Compaints department specialists decision was based on a Client agreement.
Also, they had in mind if that situation affected to your trading directly or not.
I am also glad to inform you about new stop out levels: starting from Monday, stop out levels were set to 0% for all of account types except ECN. With these new levels, client can handle bigger drawdown during trading session.
