Feel as though have been conned, No1 options.. appreciate some help please

Hiya, Dave Rosenberg replied via email..

"I can solve all of your problems in 24 hours Julia , i will stay on the line with you until you get fully refund "

to which I replied " I need to see the evidence that this is resolved. There is no rational reason why this matter can't be resolved via email"
His reply today was "

1. Open new account , deposit the same amount of money that you deposited in the old account

2. After the system will see identical account with the same details (accept Email) , The CFO will be able to change the statement of the account
to cash account .

3. We will transfer all funds from old account to new account + the profits .

4.You will able to withdraw all funds with no strings attached no terms and conditions (15,000 withdraw per day )."

Not feeling as though this is a workable solution....How can they expect me to deposit yet more money? Please help

It's a trap. You'll just be throwing more money down the rat hole. Ask him why you would need to send 1 cent to get money owed to you.

Keep negotiating, but go ahead and file an FPA Traders Court case.

Hiya Pharoah,

1. Open a complain at https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

4. Send emails to CySEC (http://www.cysec.gov.cy/en-GB/cysec/contact/),

Not sure whether followings will help but at least companies give service to them will know who they are working with.

My reply back from Dave Rosenberg to my last "asking why I need to send 1 cent to get money OWED to me?" was
"
I understand you POV clearly , but can not change the terms and conditions .."
Any further suggestions on a useful reply would be gratefully appreciated.
thanks
