Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

FRWC Refund Policy

I have received full refund
I sent 15 days trading stats with the original copy of the original policy for refund wording prior to addition of "after a minimum of 30 days" taken on 16th Feb 2010.

I wrote to support@plimus dot com and to refunds@forex-robot-world-cup dot com

I attach for you the original copy of policy

Thanks to forexpeacearmy

That's the same attachment I used. Sorry I didn't get back to you promptly to point it out. In the future, I'll make sure to link the thread where other wonderful posters share that stuff.

Refund Process

Everyone dealing with FRWC refunds, it works better via Plimus!
I filed the refund request with Plimus, they copied it to the vendor (automatic).
Vendor did not respond for 2 business days (meaning two FULL days: if you send your request on Tuesday then you can contact them again on Friday, not Thursday).
Then, by Plimus rules, you can contact Plimus again and say you didnt hear from the vendor.
Plimus sends a message to the vendor saying "please respond within 2 days or else we'll issue a refund directly".
Vendor did not respond for 2 days again.
In that case, you can again contact Plimus and say you got no response from the vendor. I did that.
Same day, got a reply from Plimus asking for my bank details. Later that day, I called Plimus because I couldn't wait and they processed the refund live, on the phone! YES!!!

;) :) :p

That's a good idea. I requested a refund, and got a confirmation from Plimus indicating that my card had been credited and that I should be able to see it in my statement in 5 business days. Well, after the 5 business days the refund had not shown up, so I sent a message to their support email and raised a ticket. They responded that according to their records the deposit had been processed, but now they said that I should wait up to 10 business days, so I started waiting again, and they suddenly closed the ticket indicating as a reason that I had not replied after two days (???).
I hope this gets resolved.
Cheers
