I am writing to share my terrible experience with G4Trade and to warn other traders about their deceptive practices. This broker engages in blatant false advertising, constantly shifts their withdrawal rules, and ultimately confiscates profits using baseless accusations when you actually meet all their conditions.
Here is the full chronology of how G4Trade scammed me out of my legitimate profits:
1. The "Bait" - False Advertising (July 28, 2026)On July 28, 2026, I saw a 100% Deposit Bonus promotion advertised by an official G4Trade Introducing Broker (IB) on Telegram. The advertisement explicitly promised: "No lot. Unlimited Withdraw" with absolutely no conditions regarding minimum holding times (1/3/5 minutes). Based entirely on this promise, I registered an account and deposited my funds the next day, on July 29, 2026. (See Attachment 1: Screenshot of the IB's "No Lot" promotion).
2. The First Rule Change - "1 Lot Requirement" (August 20, 2026)I traded manually as usual, and my account grew to around $600. On August 20, 2026, I attempted to make a withdrawal. I asked the IB to follow up on it. Suddenly, the IB informed me that the rules had changed and there was now a requirement to trade 1 standard lot for every $100 deposited. Wanting to comply in good faith, I asked the IB to cancel my withdrawal so I could fulfill this new 1-lot requirement.
3. The Second Rule Change - "5-Minute Holding Time" (September 3, 2026)After I successfully completed the 1-lot requirement, I submitted a new withdrawal request on September 3, 2026. Again, I asked the IB to follow up. This time, I was told that only trades held for more than 5 minutes were considered valid. This was a completely new, arbitrary rule that was never mentioned in the initial promotion.
4. The Risk Team's Admission (September 4, 2026)I immediately checked my cTrader history. Out of my trades, 93 positions (0.01 lot each) were held for over 5 minutes. The G4Trade Risk Team (through the IB) confirmed that I had accumulated 0.93 valid lots and only needed 0.07 lots more to meet their newly invented requirement. (See Attachment 2: Chat screenshot of Risk Team confirming 0.93 lots).
I immediately executed the remaining trades, ensuring every single position was held for well over 5 minutes to completely fulfill their required 1.00 lot volume. I then asked the IB to process my withdrawal again.
5. The Final Scam - Confiscation Based on "Abuse" (September 10, 2026)After waiting for a week, on September 10, 2026, G4Trade sent me a final rejection email. In this email, they explicitly admitted that "the minimum required trading volume was reached." However, because they had run out of mathematical excuses to deny my withdrawal, they resorted to confiscating my profits by claiming my account showed "inconsistent trading activity" and constituted an "abusive use of the promotional bonus." (See Attachment 3: G4Trade's rejection email).
Conclusion:G4Trade is a classic B-book scam broker.

- They lure you in with "No lot" promises via their official partners.
- When you win, they invent a 1-lot rule.
- When you meet that, they invent a 5-minute holding rule.
- When you meet that, they admit you met the volume but steal your money anyway by arbitrarily calling you "abusive."
