To calrify the claim in details by the Arbitration Committee of our Center, please provide
the following materials:

1. Statement in the html format for the entire period of your work with your broker.
2. The correspondence history with your broker and official answer from the broker.
3. Screenshots of those sections of the Personal Office, where the withdrawal applications
were made.
4. Copy of the document confirming the money transfer to the Company's account.
5. The essence of your question with its detailed description.
6. Date of dispute occurrence and date of contacting the company.

After we learn all the materials and circumstances of the situation occured, we will contact "

The Russian Regulator is The FFMS

Anyway, Greenvault is a SCAM broker. I propose to follow the procedure for declaring the broker as SCAM
