ps: i meant to say also that perhaps a weak part of your positiiion might be proving that you did not order the losing trades(that broker apparently may have used to depleteyour account into his pocket) hard to prove a negative.

The broker was invited to join in and provide evidence. Their silence is a good indicator that there is no evidence to support their position.
