Johan DeLange--back in june 2015 leaprate.com(which is a great resource!!!!forFPA members, i think) issued a scam warning on that company, based surprisingly on a warning from the CRFIN(a regulatory or at least rating org in mother russia, believe it or not): Russia’s Centre for Regulation in OTC Financial Instruments and Technologies. sounds like this company has been doing to others what it did to you. I vote GUILTY and hope you get your money back in more than rubles!--feaisland55
