IC Market misleading advertising + money locked

I just deposited an ammount of money on IC Market trough my SKRILL wallet, which is listed as INSTANT FUND DEPOSIT METHOD.
I had to wait almost 3 hours for the money to show up on my account, before that I spent almost 1 hour talking to the support to try to solve things up. When I , really pissed-off, decided to withdraw my money (after it finally showed up) back to my SKRILL account, when the final surprise showed yourself:
1 WORKING DAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK TO MY SKRILL ACCOUNT
Gotta be kidding, right ICM??

So, I filling this report because I felt like a total idiot and a waste of my precious time.

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

IC Markets is reliable.
People like you who don't even know how to trade and open an account will always blame the broker.
I have deposited and withdrew money without any problem. The money appeared on my Metatrader immediately after depositing and withdrawal takes 1 business day.

Also, nothing is misleading on their website and your money doesn't get locked if you know what you're doing.

You have no right to make any accusations about whether or not Flandrade knows how to trade. His complaint is exclusively over how long it took for what be believed should have been an instant deposit and how long the withdrawal took.

Are you really so self-absorbed that you believe if your deposit showed up immediately, then 100% of clients will have the exact same experience 100% of the time? Do you really believe a delay in a Skrill deposit at ICMarkets is impossible just because you've never experienced one? Do you really believe a complaint about such a delay is any indication of a person's skill at trading?

Skrill is a big company. ICMarkets is a big company. Even if Skrill deposits to ICMarkets are usually done in under a minute, I'm not even the slightest bit surprised at the possibility that processing times on some deposits might sometimes take hours or even days longer than expected. Between the delay and what could have been a less experienced support agent, a complaint like Flandrade left is not a big surprise to anyone who is smart enough to understand that experiences of clients do vary.

If you were a helpful person, you could have asked for more details. You also could have given more details about whether you used the same deposit method as Flandrade or not. Instead, you make rude accusations based on Flandrade having an experience which didn't match yours.

I suggest you think more carefully before making unsupported accusations.

Hey, new account. Try harder to please me with your IP address thanks. I hate it when someone was paid to review for the broker while the broker remained silent to lure/bait newer traders into the abyss.

Also, to the op of this thread, has the issue been resolved yet? Have you received your withdrawal from IC Markets as of present?
