Hello everyone ! I am so upset now, IQ Option is threatening not to pay my money and to close my account !
My story is the following :
I have started trading on IQ Option and I was losing a lot of money, I was making deposits of 2.000EUR, 5000 EUR,8000 EUR and I was constantly losing money until I have lost almost 90000 EUR in total !
IQ Option seemed happy about it, they never complained nor never told me anything wrong about this, ocasionally the account manager was calling me to congratulate me for a new deposit.
Then, in September I have decided to close the account which was in EUR currency and opened a new one in USD currency and wanted to do a last shot, where I have deposited 18.000 USD dollars on 07.09.2017 in my attempt to recover my lost money with IQ Option.
Again, my account manager was happy that I made a new big deposit.
I started trading, I made a withdrawl of 6.600 $ on 28.09.2017 and maybe with a bit of luck, patience and discipline( I almost lost the account 3 times) I managed to raise the account to 93.000 $ USD ! I couldn't belive my eyes , I had finally made it , managed to recover almost all my losses ! 93.000 $ + 6.600 $ withdrawl was almost 100.000 $ ! I finally have made it ( so I tought)
Then I had a BIG surprise, the account manager called me and she told me they can not pay the generated profits on the new account because I have breached their T&C, telling me I have connected from multiple devices at the same time. It is true, I live in ROMANIA, my credit card and bank accounts that I have used for my many many deposits with them are also located in ROMANIA but I have my work office in Saudi Arabia and I often travel back and forth, but really not should not be any of their business what I do with my personal life ! They were never pissed about until I have finally recovered my lost money !
She told me they were going to just refund my last deposit of 18.000 $ and then they will terminate my account will all left 81.800 $ in it !!!
This is what it has come to ? WHen you lose money they are happy, but when you finally get lucky and make some money they will just terminate your account and get done with you ? Is this how it all works, dear IQ Option ??
Does this seem fair to you ? What can I do to get my money out from these thieves ?
