Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

My withdrawal request has been pending since 2015. March at IronFX.
Please read my true IronFX story:
I had an account with IronFX, and deposited in 2014, then I requested a withdrawal of my funds in 2015. March. but I did not receive my own capital.
I am not the only client in this situation! A large number of clients (worldwide) are unable to withdraw their funds from IronFX!
I made my complain to all Cypriot regulators, including Cysec, Cyprus Financial Ombudsman.
According to the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman decision released in 2017, I should be reimbursed!
IronFX was obliged to compensate me by now, but
Unfortunately, I did not received the amount of USD 22 971,41 which is my own capital.
Respected IronFX! Can you please let me know, why did you NOT proceed with the Financial Ombudsman Final Decision??

If IronFX do not proceed with the payment, then I will go back to Brüssel, and escallate this again.
On 2017. I was in Brüssel where IronFX clients petition was discussed at the European Parliament. now, I have to go back to Brüssel again, until my case is resolved.
I can provide evidence, and documents to prove all the above describe facts.

I am not a client as I said. But based on what I've read I don't think I'll be opening an account with IronFx. You have not convinced me that the company is good.
Isn't that why you post all this stuff on the forum so that people like can decide to open an account?
The tone of all communication I've read from the IronFx account is very rude and always pointing to some laws and rules, and hiding behind 'regulation', when the right thing would be to step back and be human, and pay people whatever is owed to them.
I'll tell you a simple solution, look into your deposit/withdrawal system and put in a filter to show you pending withdrawal requests older than 1 month, then just pay them all, problem solved.
