This was their response on 10. February:

As you may know, our lawyer fill out the complaint and they do not give you a contact name, the complain is treated internally and they will contact us. We are waiting for them to get back to us.

Please let me know if you need any further information and we will contact you as soon as we will receive any news.

For something that important, I;d expect a lawyer to not just fill out a form, but to call. Looks like a BS excuse to me.
