Problem Octa Clause 3.10 as soon as I became profitable. Profits were denied and partial deposits paid back

Good day, I have registered with Octa in 2024 (Account: 63248622) and started trading with them in 2025. I have been trading the same way since I started. After recently breaking even and becoming profitable they denied my withdrawals and asked me to send them full bank statements and a picture with Octa KYC and the date.

After submitting the required documents my account was blocked, they have brought about clause 3.10 with no obligation to disclose why. I have breached no rules and they have denied $8770.48 from my profit and have only paid me out a portion of my recent deposits. If the agreement is being canceled from their side they cannot simply embezzle my profits as they chose to end our agreement as soon as I became profitable.

Quite sad as I have told many other people to join Octa and thought this was a reputable broker for a long time. I will be reporting the matter to the FSCA if Octa does not rectify this and pay me out the balance which was denied.
