Good day to all traders here,
I just want to share with you my recent experience with WorldWideMarkets LTD. broker. For almost two weeks now, I can't trade my live account. I can log in though but I can't trade. It says that it's "Off qoutes". Below is a screenshot of my live account chart.

As you can see from the chart above, I don't have any issues logging in which is shown in my (1.)connection status. When I try to make an "execution trade", MT4 account says it is (2.)"off qoutes". And the last data I received from WWM was way back September 28 this year 2018(October 9, 2018 as of this writing). What I'm confused now is if my sell limit(82.07) entry that I placed on September 27, 2018 got filled because the price of the market went on that area and moved down, now at 80.156(current price as of October 9,2018).
below is a chart from tradingview. Looking at it, the market did moved up nearly at 82.474 but my stop loss is at 82.530. So i'm thinking that I was beyond being stopped out(considering the spread).
I've already sent them my concern through their backoffice@worldwidemarkes.com and support@worldwidemarkets.com email addresses way back October 3, but still don't receive any response from them. below is a screenshot I sent from my gmail account.

Not only that, I did have trouble withdrawing my account. I once withdrawn some of my funds from them and it took me month or so until I received it. Now, I'm very worried if I 'could' withdraw my current account that I left in my trading account considering of what I'm currently experiencing now.
I really trusted them. I've been trading WWM for two years now. I once was their Business Executive while I was working under them here in Cebu City, Philippines. Opened some clients to trade under them and market them as an I.B. It's frustrating to know that this is what they will give back to me.
I'm may not say that they are a scam broker NOT UNLESS they will help me resolve my issues. I'll contact them and let them know about this thread hoping I will get good news from them in relation to the status of my account. I'll update my post as soon as that happens. For now, be cautious of opening a trading account from WorldWideMarkets LTD.
