maybe you should drop your email and their email addresses too so FPA can help you invite them to this thread.
Also, drop all their contacts information if available.

Guys please help, how can I get my money back. After countless emails, there has been no positive response, their only solution is me investing more money, which would be ridiculous and stupid!.
Has anyone ever dealt with such a situation?
Did you invite them yet via invite company option at this thread?

Very poor company they will lure you to invest with them and cart away with your money i lost 25k to these crooks but all thanks to malaikarobberyD0Tcom i was able to recover all my lost funds. If you have same problem like me i advise you all seek help and recover all your lost funds..

Here's my experience for everyone to learn. Opened an account due to facebook post from CEO of big O&G company promoting this bitcoin investment (a hoax). Received a call from Caleb saying that he'll be my personal account manager, then deposited 250$. After depositing the amount, received an email to validate my account by providing details of my card and address. After receiving verification confirmation from Amira, tried to withdraw my capital to check the withdrawal processing and was shock that there is an outright 30$ fee - whereas on other broker, you'll get your capital amount in full (no question will be ask). Received an email from OlympusMarkets Support <support@olympusmarkets.com> with note of "Full verification of your account and verbal confirmation with your account manager are required to finalize the withdrawal request". Daniel called me (11-June-2019) and inform him my wish to withdraw my account and confirmed that he already created a report to process my withdrawal. Luca called me (19-June-2019) and informed him that i already spoke to Daniel about my withdrawal account. Luca sent me an email to install Anydesk app - installed it and give him access to my computer where all of a sudden creating a position, neglecting that i already processed a withdrawal request (Luca a total *******). Drop the call and cancelled the position Luca opened resulting to a loss (236.50$ remain from 250). Thanks for sharing, yip, my experience was very similiar. Also demanded that I install anydesk and did the trades for me, therefore I refuse to take responsibility for the loss of my money!.
They are extremely demanding and arrogant and if they do not get their way they become very rude.
Have you had any luck in recovering your funds since?.
I am still trying, but they are unresponsive.

As of this writing, i have not receive my money from them with constant follow-up with no more automatic reply.
