Ava investigated this claim and on the 12th May 2011 an email was sent to the customer confirming that a balance of $271 had now been added to their new Ava account.

A valid ID from your country is a requirement for withdrawals from the vast majority of forex brokers.

It's a good idea to never deposit money before making sure that ALL of the needed documents for withdrawals have been received and verified by your broker.
I have send them a valid ID from my country.

What happened to the rest of the money. And if you were trying to withdraw, why did they open a new Ava account????

I sent Ava an email stating my concern for withdrawals. ie having to resubmit all my FICA details. They have them. I had to submit them to fund my account.
Why do we have to do it again. Have they lost them?
They have not answered. Even my account manager seems to have disappeared.

I made the broker this question as of the first week I had an EA running and I saw that huge loss.
Hence I stopped trading until my account became invalid(supposedly they wanted the rest of the money)I dont know.

Well now. I did get a response at last. My docs are in order as sent when I opened my live account and is good for withdrawals.
Your complaint is not very detailed so I cannot help. Did you send the correct docs and signed?

Hi Sargent,

Today is away over the 5 days Im supposed to wait ,I have furnished all documentation unless for the valid passport,and they have not sent my money back yet.
It should be time to follow the next step?
