On 9 February 2016 I had put a stop/loss on a strong winning crude oil trade and FXTG closed the trade without the trade having reached it. When I contacted FXTG I did not get any response from them and the chat function is also disabled. The latest is now that they do not give me access to the account at all any more as they changed the access details and I do not receive any new password. I have all documented in print screens.
