ALT Markets chose to ignore the deadline. They are still threatening the FPA over a trader's complaint. Under the circumstances, I can not be certain if the reported resolution was sincere or was because of a legal threat against their client.
Normally, I'd start a separate thread in the Scoundrel's folder. In this case, all the threats were publicly posted in this thread, so it's easier to move the entire thread over to the Scoundrel's folder.
The representative of ALT Markets keeps claiming to be in the UAE. His one non-proxy IP address is very far from the UAE.
