Hi! I Attached a Pics of my trade. I just wanna ask you guys if this is normal.
I checked my history because I noticed the spread is tooooo big.
First pic is the account statement, my trade is marked in red. As you can see its a $250 with 40 spread, I didn't put SL. It should close with 250-40= $210 profit? but when I close its $170, its x2 spread, check the 2nd pic It has $170 profit only.
Then I reported it, while waiting for the answer. Look at the 3rd Pic, its fixed
I now have $210 profit in history but didn't give my real profit in account balance. This is just one example of more than 10 trades that have this problem.
now. How can I report it when my history is now showing the right thing? Im sure they only fixed the history but didn't give the right profit.
2nd and 3rd pic are the same, look at the date and time, but they changed the net profit few days after. If I didn't print screen it, i've no way to report it.
