The FPA doesn't rush to label companies as scammers. The procedure is fairly long and slow. The reason for this it to make sure that companies have plenty of warning to change their ways before getting slapped with a scam finding.

That being said, LiteForex has traveled quite a distance down the road towards getting this label.
