Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Hi everyone,

I've encountered a serious issue with Trive.com (Trive Financial Services Malta Limited) where my withdrawal request of around 10K has been ignored for 8 days. Despite multiple follow-ups, they finally responded, denying my withdrawal due to "scalping" but haven't provided any further explanation or responded to my subsequent inquiries. I have over 20K euros with them and this lack of communication and transparency is alarming.

Has anyone else faced similar issues with Trive.com? Any advice on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated.

Quick update:

I faced an unexpected termination of my trading account and nullification of my profits based on what they termed as scalping, citing a "120-second rule" that supposedly prohibits closing trades within two minutes. However, this specific rule was never mentioned in their Terms and Conditions, which has led me to question the legality and fairness of their decision.

Furthermore, the inconsistency in their policy application became evident when my sister, who uses a similar trading strategy and had similar trades, initially had her profits nullified but then strangely reinstated and even paid out through a bank transfer. When I questioned TRIVE Malta and requested the same consideration, they refused and started to demand that she return the funds, claiming it was an error (how can you mistakenly make a bank transfer? :D ).

I have since escalated the matter to the Office of the Arbiter for Financial Services in Malta, demanding a fair review of my account.

I would appreciate any insights or similar experiences you may have had with TRIVE Malta or advice on dealing with such discrepancies in broker policies. How do you handle situations where a broker applies non-documented rules or inconsistently enforces their policies?

Thank you for your support and looking forward to your feedback.
