Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Update

After i contacted Mr Stuart UFXBank representative he offered me $1,500(less than 13% of my money($11,717)) which i refused immediately.
His message is quoted below:
''Hi,

Thank you for your mail

I would like to start off by saying that I am unaware of the history of this account as I am a new employee of UFX bank

From speaking to the management here I believe that there was a suspicion of fraud that was never disproved and that is why the money was not returned

However your comments on us are very harmful so I want to draw and end to this issue. I am willing to pay $1500 for you to remove all posts and articles on the internet by you written about us and for you to write a post on forex peace army stating that matters have been satisfactorily resolved.

I hope you take this issue.

If not we will have to look into other legal means of removing the posts

Please consider this carefully and let me know

Thanks

Stuart ''

After the refusal he seek for more time to investigate it,he replied today saying I was scalping and that my trades were illegal, quoted below is Mr staurt(UFXbank representative) message:

''Hi,

The account has been looked into and the reason the money was not repaid was because of illegal trading (i.e. scalping)

This is the reason only your initial deposit was returned

Regards

Stuart ''

He is yet to reply but i will still ask him the same questions I asked him in my last message here:

(1)If I was scalping or illegally trading, why would Mr Vincent Laforet(UFXBAnk Risk Manager) offers me 10% of my equity of $12,717 as at December 2009??

(2)Why would he promise to upgrade my account to platinum??

(3) Why would he say it is because of festive activities(chritmas&new year) the reason the company would not be able to remit my fund until January??

(4)Also, why would you (Stuart) rush to offer me $1,500 (less than 13% of my $11,717) ??

(5)Do call a trading system that once netted over 150pips in single trade during this period scalping strategy(As shown on my Ufxbank trading records)??

(6) Do you call most of my trades that last for several hours scalping??

I am still waiting for your response MR stuart....FPA member can view the documents via the link below:

During his trading with UFX bank the trader asked the credit card company to charge back his funds during his trades. This trader also executed a great number of opening and closing positions using the scalping method and this was explained to the trader.

Due to our policy of not allowing access to personal, bank or credit card details we unfortunately cannot show you his behavior and the fraudulent activity

As part of the marketing department one of my responsibilities is to understand why customers are not satisfied with UFX bank and I attempted to do this in good faith. One step that my VP of marketing allowed me to use was to offer to settle this issue before going to court and taking other legal steps, even in spite of his fraudulent activity. It's very important to say that this offer was not an admission of guilt on our part

UFX bank is known for its reputation as a reliable broker with fast execution of traders requests. Our support teams work 24/7 and invest all their efforts to help with all traders requests

We are in contact with forex peace army regarding this issue

Issue Resolved

Ufxbank has remitted my profits..I'd like to thank Bill,FPA and other FPA members for their contributions.Thank y'all

Appreciate your feedback, with the resolution of gbenga112 issues with UFXbank, does it clear them from being a forex scam brokers?

Some months ago I opened a test account with USFBank. I was a beginner and just wanted to try trading. After a while I got a call from UFXBank and they suggested me to open a real account. Although I told them that I was a beginner a knew a little about FOREX, they insisted on opening a real account. They told me that they would teach me how to trade and I can make money with their trainings. I even didn't know about FPA at that time and made that mistake to invest on the real account that soon. I opened a real account with UFXBank with USD$500 initial deposit (They strongly suggested me not to deposit less than 500 USD because I would loose my chance to gain profit!). They also gave me 50% bonus and told me that I should trade a certain amount of money before I get able to withdraw my PROFITS. However I had a right to withdraw my initial deposit WITHOUT the bonus amount and any gain profit before trading to their certain amount. I also confirmed this with them. Soon after opening the real account I lost $710 almost all of my deposit with the bonus (it was $750 with bonus). I even contacted the customer service by chat when I noticed that I had made a mistake and opened a large position and was loosing money. I told them that I was a beginner and was loosing money in an open position. I wanted their suggestion about that if I'd better close the position right away or wait until the trend reverses (by then I was just loosing $100). They simply replied "I don't think so"!!! I personally don't blame UFXBank for that because I think that was my mistake but I wanted to mention my own experience with them. After that I decided not to trade with real account until I get experienced first on test account, but they were consistently calling me and suggesting me to deposit more money to my account so I can trade and profit! I trusted them one more time and decided to deposit $300 to my account but I myself couldn't do that from their website. They had my credit card information and they asked my permission to deposit $300 more to my account and unfortunately I gave them the permission! Right after that I became suspicious and searched the forex scams on the net and found FPA. I read the reviews and quickly decided to withdraw all of my money $339 in total. ($39 was remaining from my last deposit). I sent a withdrawal request 1 or 2 hour after making the deposit last Friday. I also have not accepted to receive 10% bonus on my $300 (would be $30). The next Monday they called me and asked me the reason. I just told them that I wanted my money back and don't want to trade with real account right now! He started making excuses and told me that because I received $250 bonus with my previous deposit and I haven't reached to the certain amount of trading, so I cannot withdraw my money and if i want to withdraw my money they will subtract $250 from my new deposit. However he didn't mentioned such a thing when I wanted to deposit $300 more( I even asked him if I could withdraw my 300 whenever I like and he replied "yes" ). Now he is telling me that I must trade with my money to the certain amount in order to be able to withdraw my $300!! Clearly they are forcing me into trading with their system and I do not like such a thing. I said that they didn't add bonus to my new $300 so based in their rules I can withdraw my $300 (even I told them I don't want the remaining $39), but they are refusing to return back my money. I have already lost $500 with their system and don't want to trade a penny with them. What do you guys think about this situation? Do they officially have the right to refuse to pay my money or they are just behaving like a scam?!

To leave a fair review I should also add that UFXBank staffs (Two whom I talked to and know their names) speak to you in a polite manner(almost everybody does!) however they try to make you trade with their system(their words: trade and make profit) with their consistent calls and suggestions!

I know this is my very early experience with UFXBank, however I wanted to share this with you guys to take into consideration if you want to open an account with this company which is refusing to payback my own deposit!

At last this is their disclaimer for receiving bonus:

I wonder if UFX Bank's latest rep to the FPA will be so kind as to honor us with his presence.

He's also very polite. Just a little vague on answers to important questions. :p
