They promised a 30 day no questions asked refund. I asked for a refund the very next day coz the course content is so poor. He dragged me along for few weeks claiming he has issued a refund, and eventually stopped responding to my emails and locked my access to his course.

Israel is a liar and a scam artist.

Credit card, it’s in dispute. He replied to me saying since I disputed the charge ( which was two weeks after he claimed he had refunded) that now it will take 90 days for the refund to show up.
