Am really getting sick with some forex brokers this days

This entire issue with pedro who acted as a money manager for his clients is currently being investigated by government authorities and therefore I cannot comment on his case in this forum.

youTradeFX is regulated in Mauritius and serves traders worldwide.
YTFX is FSA regulated and also serves traders worldwide.

Both are working with the utmost integrity according to those regulations.

Hello Michael, we have 2 cases to resolve, the first you know it , its the base of opening this post, ytfx block us operations in dax30 by 4 days, scam scheme for blow up our clients accounts, and at this moment i have 3 withdraws on waiting for payment at 1 month and my group of clients on waiting at 2 months for the withdraws we talk about 1 million in total.....

First, did not know that this thread turned by you to advertise yourself as a the lawyer to save forex traders from Scam Brokers!

Second, I suggest FPA to send you to the commercial zone forum.

Third, Why don't you tell us about your opinion of Banc de Binary Scam Company that declared it has a Tel Aviv office!!

Fourth, Why don't you tell us how those brokers are operating from israel even if without allowing israeli clients to open accounts, when Israeli Penal Law 5737 – 1977 prohibit that?!?!, forex, market, & options trading are all considered like Casino Gambling and Online Gambling.

Fifth, don't the israeli government know about them?? Why don't it act against!!! or are they operating from a Ship or some Yacht in the sea!!

So sorry you guys were scammed but this is such a normal thing these days that it no longer surprises me. There are scams out there and they are walking our streets every day, although they should be put behind the bars. Take Intelius. That company scammed so many people but its infamous founder, Naveen Jain is doing fine and lives in his own mansion! Talk about being fair now!

Thank you for politely posting your positive experience with your attorney and for referring us to his very appropriately placed link, under the "Classifieds > Services Offered" Section here at FPA. Please disregard the rude remarks that followed.

I do believe that Isreali Law prohibits Israeli citizens from participating in gambling activities, and forex falls within their definition; but it is legal for an Israeli company to offer this kind of business activity internationally, to non-Israeli citizens. Am I not correct?

Just because a broker is licensed and registered in one country doesn't mean that it's not really based elsewhere. A large number of forex brokers are really based in Israel. They just set up virtual offices and register the companies somewhere else.

Personally, I'd rather see the lawyer himself stepping into the thread instead of an endorsement from a client. Still, at this point, Michael's continued silence makes any suggestion of where to get help welcome, even one that's really pushing hard against the boundaries of forum rules.

Nice to meet you fxcobra.

I was told that it would be okay for me to recommend his services. I understood that we had recieved the forums authorization to do so and did not intend to upset you. My goal is the same as yours to get back at these thieves who steal our traders money. If I'm not mistaken Mr. Geler already posted in the commercial zones I just saw this recent thread and think that the people involved could benefit from his services.

You ask me why I not telling you my opinion about Banc De Binary? I don't really understand because I don't know them but if it is the same as happened to me then the way these companies do things is that they make companies in countries that do not prohibit these activities that you mentioned even though all of the employees and the business itself is happening in Israel.

The Israeli government does take actions if complaints are made in the right way as you can see here:

With respect to others at FPA, will have to reply to a nonsense foolish post by someone here who knows himself!!
You are prevented from calling my post 'rude', the rudeness is not in the post but in a person who push his nose into something non of his business.
When I reply to a member, it's none of anyone's business to make himself a lawyer to defend the mentioned person advertising post.
Or is it you read some called """"!!!country!!!"""" name and you got quickly hyper to a level that your fingers passed your thinking?!
FPA members can read that guy post who provided a link to another post where a lawyer gives his name and email address using sentences of wanting to help traders and clients who had been cheated by brokers, claiming he can bring back their money.
If you like it or not, that's a clear advertising and if every lawyer comes to each FPA Scam Folder Cases thread to post his or her name, link to a site or email address, the threads will turn to advertising lawyers and others which is the wrong place to do that but to go to the commcercial zone forums and post whatever you want.
For your bad, even the lawyer thread had no replies, nobody at FPA was interested and he did not show himself afterwards. Who are you defending then?!!
I think each member at FPA has common sense and is grown up enough to know how to reply to posts regarding him/her. So, if others don't rush themselves to defend for no reason, that will save many threads from created confusion by some that leads to not wanted ridiculous arguments.
