Many thanks for inviting me and allowing me to provide some clarifications about this issue.
Note, eToro has already resolved this issue with uwimana321 and it is closed.
Due to the sensitive nature of this discussion and the events that transpired, I require approvals on what can be discussed in this public forum.
I will revert back to the forum tomorrow, but it was important for us to acknowledge the concerns raised here and that we are willing participants in the discussion.

how did you solve my problem? if converting 1278$ into 25$ is the way you solve problems you are just killers.
if you closed my case means you wont send me my full commissions. what we want to know is why you closed my account and the reason of stealing my 1278$. don't just say you closed the case when it is even not solved.

Umimana- I have noted your last reply, but will refrain from answering now, and will instead address matters raised in this thread in my final response, once it passes legal's approval. Out of interest, how a CPA deal with round commission (as I assume) became to a not round number in the commission the complainer is claiming? It's just a bit strange

Thanks for your patience whilst waiting for my reply. Again, these types of situations are not pleasant for either party, but at the very least we hope this will balance the information that has been provided in this thread so far.
We understand that “uminwana1” a former affiliate of eToro Partners has made claims about how we conduct business.
We rejected the affiliate’s claims, as we believe that we have upheld our obligations and maintained a high level of business practices and ethical standards when managing our affiliate network. We honor all commission plans and pay for eligible traffic, according to our terms and conditions and eToro Partners is transparent on what is payable and not payable.
If customers brought by an affiliate are flagged by our risk department; depending on the risk trigger; our Risk and Operational departments may or may not decide to block an account until an investigation can be conducted and a conclusion can be reached. This also applies to the affiliate account if we see many flags originating from the same affiliate and the traffic was not found to be payable; certainly not payable with a CPA model. Despite these findings, we decided in good faith to pay the affiliate a revenue share commission; based on the actual trading that these customers generated, which we believe is more than reasonable. These details were communicated to the affiliate and the matter has since been resolved.
We hope this provides some clarity on this issue.

same companies like eToro doesn't care about their customers. they do what they want without telling you first. i worked for that commission over 3 months and i believed that finally i will get paid but etoro changed everything. and share revenue is not the deal which brought me in eToro. eToro will tell you things which they will not be able to pay for, they just want you to work for them free of charge. this is like working for someone and at the end of the deal refuse to pay you. i lost my money advertising eToro but for them they don't care. they said they flaged all my traders. unless etoro is scam how can they flag all my traders?
if someone deposited his own money and trade his money and etoro is lying us that they flagged them. if they were not good traders you would have closed their account.
seeing balance of 1278$ i didn't know that was like papers.7
