    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

It would be really good to know how to say Thank You for who gifted you $400 from the brokers mouth!!, not to remind of the basic amount too!, when the case was already going to be marked resolved by the broker's rep. rush and manipulated mind!!

Despite never asked for that when providing many advices on FPA and help elsewhere in different ways....but it's nice from the victim to show gratefulness for people who help you!!

Also I don't see any serious answer for Asstmod question for placing orders on behalf of the client

It was not traded on clients behalf without his agreement. Please Eddiger - you never see a positive thing? Nothing ever is good for you? I made an effort and came to FPA to resolve cases which I do successfully. FPA gave a stage to do it. Thanks you. But you have this habit of a party pooper LOL. Did not anyone tell you that before? Just kiddin :) But there is some truth in what I am saying - you must admit :)

Please stop dramatizing with epic descriptions of getting 400$ out of "brokers" mouth. You really make it impossible to be helpful and stay in good civilized terms. He already thanked us both previously and I thanked you too. So here it is again on Meshary's and my behalf: THANK YOU FPA with Cherry on Top!! How's that? :)
 
This is a Fact. People can go back to this thread first page to the last one and check how your scam broker was dealing with the client and how it turned to a good boy as the thread advanced with proofs about your scam.

You still hadn't answer AsstModerator question but preferred to hold a scam reason of the client agreed..
Ofcourse he'll agree for you trading $400 when he knows nothing about trading other than your cheating sentences and his only hope was to gain back some of his money after your scam and all time ignoring him before he exposed you in public here.

Rare to find any client on FPA except after the scam broker ignored him/her or played dirty tricks!!

Your Scam is clear in this case, cleaning it by sending the client his money after all this time is an obligatory and does not change your scam fact.

About $400, everyone can review 1 single day ago post by yourself, rushing this case to be resolved then when pressured you about your broker $400 scam, you were obliged to pay the client the $400 to get a resolved case.

You certainly like me to remind you that optionrally placed 2 trades $200 each on eurusd at same entry time lasting just 6 minutes ending in a loss.
This alone is a scam case by itself. Even if the client accepted the agreement, does not make it a legal action by your broker.
 
You didn't yet answer the question of how optionrally.com providing clients outside Europe with binary service when it's not regulated but optionrallyeu.com is the regulated one and to add to your scam broker actions you uploaded a screenshot of your optionrallyeu.com website.

And tracking your replies clearly shows how much you are a person who had been diving in manipulation from your top to your bottom:mad:

Many scam brokers that passed in FPA solved some clients cases but that does not change the fact that they actually scammed these and other clients before getting forced by FPA or/and regulatory bodies to pay in the DO command.

Who Scams once will repeat it more more and more again.........

Although FXWarriory might be misunderstood sometimes, most FPA senior members tend to reach fair resolutions for disputes between brokers and clients, and although a word of thanks would be great, it is not what pays us for our efforts. But I'd like to point out that your last comment was not considered highly professional, because merely having Optionrally's name in the Scam alerts folder is quite enough. So I'd like to repeat Eddiger's request in providing AsstMod for the asked questions.
P.S: Resolving this dispute only avoided you the Open cases folder, but it's highly recommended to answer the relative questions.

If you would see my comments around here you will be surprised that in many cases I stand with the brokers.

I do appreciate the fact you are here unlike many other brokers, which I think it's a mistake to ignore this forum.

As for the accusation of trading on behalf a client- this is a very serious accusation and it will be a good idea that your CEO will contact asstmod about it to close this issue.
