Hello,

I have been using the MT4 platform and find it easy to navigate, however in the past I had used Ninja trader and I found that using the trading dome was so much easier to placer trades with. Is there anything simular for trading forex, or perhaps something where you can enter a trade by clicking on the actual chart, I've heard of it, just don't know who to go to? which brokerage might offer this. I was hoping for a free demo, or if not free a low cost. Also is charting something that comes standard with platforms or is it only MT4? I just downloaded a platform called FXCM Trading Station (through Halifax in Australia) does anyone have an opinion on this platform? Just some advice on what others are using and where to go to investigate further.

Trading from the charts is available from both MT4 and the trading station. Here's a video that explains it for the trading station Trading From Charts

You mentioned you liked NinjaTrader. It's not extremely common, but a few brokers do offer it.

Good point Pharaoh!

If you're still looking to trade off the charts, as Pharaoh mentioned, you can trade off Ninja Trader using GAIN/FOREX.com, or MB Trading to name a couple. MB is probably the better of the two as they have tighter spreads, but do charge commissions.
